Executive & Committes

The Executive is responsible for managing the affairs of the Citizens' Association, duties include but not limited to:

  • Preparing the Association's annual budget
  • Fixing maintenance assessments
  • Ensuring maintenance of the Common Areas
  • Adopting and publishing rules and regulations governing the use of Common Area and facilities
  • Appointing committees as needed, and
  • Employing vendors as appropriate.

The Executive Committee meets on the first Wednesday of every month to review Association business and discuss issues of importance to the residents of White Water Meadows community.
